Mr. Gunning has worked well
over 50 years in the banking industry working his way up the corporate ladder
from a teller at the Conshohocken Federal Savings to become the president where
he remained for 30 years. Currently,
he serves as President of Progress Bank and as president of the Progress
Bank Foundation and continues to volunteer numerous hours to various local
charities including Gateway Employment Resources, Inc.; where he has served as
president of the Board of Directors since its’ inception, in 1986. |

Mr. Gunning made the following comments of

That is not to imply, that we do not continually face tremendous
challenges including funding, staffing, volunteers, and employers willing to
hire people with disabilities.”
