All Days Are Good For
Matt at Lincoln Investment !

Matthew Gross was referred to Gateway in 1989 by the Montgomery County Office of Mental Retardation and is employed as a maintenance janitor at Lincoln Investment Planning in Glenside.  Matthew, who likes to be called Matti, takes pride in his job and has been working at this company full time since September of 1990.  His duties include inner and outer office cleaning, such as dusting, taking out trash, and cleaning the kitchen, conference rooms, and the outside smoking area.  Matti is also responsible for stocking the paper at the copiers, as well as the supplies in the kitchen and other office areas.  In addition to these tasks, Matti tends to the plants inside and outside the office and runs occasional errands for co-workers.  Matti likes working with the people in the company and occasionally goes out with them.  He commented that the people at the office are nice, have a good attitude, and love him.
When Matti is not working he likes to go out with his friends to restaurants, the movies, the mall, and most of all to sporting events.  Matti has participated in the Special Olympics and takes part in the basket ball games at the yearly picnic.

Matti is well known around the office for knowing a lot about sports.  Jocelyn Tenney, the Facilities manager commented, “Matt is always enthusiastic and helpful.  His interest in sports keeps us all up to date on Philadelphia’s hockey, basketball, and football.”

In addition to his plans to continue working, Matti aspires to improve his reading skills and wants to learn typing and sign language.  Matti enjoys working at Lincoln Investment Planning and when asked what it was like working there his response was, “all days are good.”

Gateway is pleased to say Congratulations on a job well done!
